Project in Progress: 2017 Utah Valley Parade of Homes

We are so excited to announce we will be showcased in the Utah Valley Parade of Homes! The builder, Raykon Construction, and the architect, Craig Kitterman, are making our vision come to life. We have been working closely with the homeowners for over a year and a half.

This home will be lived in by a family of seven. While there will only be two children when they move in, the parents still wanted extra room to be used as a gathering place and have space when the rest of the family visits.

A timeless European style with a subtle mountain feel is what the clients wanted to achieve in their home. We blended both styles by incorporating rustic wood elements and soft, delicate elements for a more elegant look. For exterior finishes, stone and stucco were chosen to bring texture to the home, all of the windows will be bronze and a linen color was selected for the fascia and soffit to keep the exterior from feeling dark and heavy.

Every room in the home is functional and has a purpose. To make the home more inviting, the finishes will be very neutral but will be bringing color and life through the home furnishings and accessories.

The home was specifically designed to take advantage of all the stunning views. Some of the angles in the home will make planning furniture difficult, but we are ready for the challenge! We believe that rooms that have angles make the home more interesting and add personality.

We can't wait to show you the final results! We are extremely thankful and excited to be able to showcase this home in the Parade of Homes!
