Enough about us...Here’s the profile of our ideal candidate:

. You have an active Licensed Landscape Artchitect status.

. You have minimum 3-6 years experience and a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (Master’s Degree preferred).

. You have strong design skills in high end resort and residential development and planting design.

. You have solid working knowledge of all phases of design and construction documentation.

. You have strong knowledge of construction materials, process, and practices.

. You are proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, SketchUp, and 3D Modeling software.

. You have strong hand graphic skills and graphic presentations. . You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
. You have hand and/or computer rendering skills.
. You have strong organization skills.

. You are fluent in English; speaking, reading and writing. . You are LEED AP Certified (preferred).

Tasks and Responsibilities

. Develops and executes planning, design and construction project requirements.

. Prepares visual simulations and graphic presentations of proposed improvements and construction.

. Provides research of construction methods, materials and costs.

. Performs material takeoffs, makes quote requests and prepares labor and material estimates.

. Organizes and maintains project files.

. Integrates data from multiple drawing/graphic formats (pdf, dwg, jpg) to create plans and maps of garden infrastructure.

. Develops construction plans and details for contractor estimates and implementation on landscape projects.

. Review of plans and specifications for construction projects.

. Construction observation and inspections.

Pay: Base Salary Plus Commission based on experience.
