. You have a working knowledge of both architectural and interior design disciplines. . You have a professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
. You have 5 years of experience in architecture or interior design documentation.
. You have proficient drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D). . You are proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign skills.
. You have construction documentation experience.
. You have experience in high end residential and resort design.
. You have a strong visual awareness for detail and quality.
. You have leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well within a team of other professionals.
. You have knowledge of building construction detailing on medium to large scale projects.
. You have the ability to self-manage, and demonstrate high-level of professional maturity.
. You have strong organizational skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
. You operate CAD and associated programs with little to no assistance.
. You have the ability to create space plan and furniture drawings.
. You are detail oriented and solution driven.
. You analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents.

Tasks and Responsibilities
. Provide design solutions for all phases of project design, specializing in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality.
. Maintain and implement Liv Design Collective documentation and design standards.
. Assist in the preparation of design documents and presentations of finish work, cabinet drawings and other detail drawings for construction documents.
. Help to ensure the project is running according to the schedule and approved budget.
. Revise drawings and presentations to reflect feedback received by senior design staff, in-field circumstances, as well as resolve any related challenges that may arise during construction.
. Prepare drawing packages utilizing Revit and utoCAD that are onsistent with the project design objectives and programming elements.
This is a part-time position. Primary hours of work are normal business hours, Monday through Friday. At times, evening and weekend availability may be required.
Pay: Base Salary Plus Commission based on experience.
