PHASE 1

VISION

Your designer will gather pictures of your space and do a walk-through analysis of your property to determine the best branding solution for your space.

PHASE 2

INSTRUCTIONS

Your designer will prepare detailed instructions, provide conceptual pictures, and list the items that need to be purchased to improve the space.

PHASE 3

IMPROVEMENT

With the guidance of your designer, you will order the suggested staging products and make the necessary changes and improvements to your property.

PHASE 4

INSTALL

Your designer will implement the design plan and stage the property. This includes a final walk through of finishing touches until your property is photo ready.
