This magnificent new construction project in Utah was built in the high hills of the former Bonneville shoreline. The home was designed to maximize views of the city below and the mountainous terrain above.

This homeowner's refined taste is apparent in the rich walnut flooring, traditional furnishings and antique decor. Liv Showroom + Design was hired prior to construction began to assist in infusing this home with time-honored details and classic style.

Because of the tall ceilings and large floor plan, we were careful to ensure all the elements of the home were the appropriate size and scale. A series of large windows and french doors envelope the back of the home from the living room, offering easy access to a secluded patio. Unadorned windows allow plenty of sunlight to embrace the room. The living room combined with the outdoor patio provides plenty of space to gather friends and family in the warmer months.

The kitchen, designed to be the heart of the home, was designed with plenty of room for cooking, eating and entertaining. The open floor plan flows freely into the adjacent dining and living areas.

A tongue and groove barrel-vault ceiling highlights the entry into the opulent master bath. Faux marble tile anchors the soft neutral color scheme and the room's luxurious feeling. His and her vanities, similarly designed yet individually unique, offer separate space and storage.
